You never know the impact of your actions or the lives you touch along the way. ❤️

David and Margie Haddy are new to our community, and the love they share is truly inspiring! From the moment you meet them, you can see how their eyes light up when they look at each other. After 56 beautiful years of marriage, they have so many wonderful memories together.

David is currently on hospice, and during a conversation, I asked him if he had anything on his bucket list. With a smile, he said he wanted to go to Menards. Without hesitation, I told him, “I’ll get you there!”

So, the three of us climbed into the shuttle and off we went! 🥰

David and Margie had the best time strolling through the aisles, looking at everything from pliers to snacks that brought back fond memories. They both love Christmas, so we took our time exploring every aisle and enjoying the little moments together. 🎄❤️

It was a simple outing, but it was so much more than a trip to the store. It was about making memories, sharing laughter, and giving someone the chance to do something that mattered to them.

The bottom line? Take the time to strike up a conversation. Get to know people. Listen to their stories. Ask about their dreams, even the little ones. You never know what a difference you can make simply by showing up and hearing what someone has to say.
